The Wine:
Deep ruby starting to develop in the bottle. Rich aromas of red cherry, red plum, blackberry, lavender, forest floor, cedar. Dry, medium+ acidity, medium fine tannins, high alcohol, medium+ body, long finish with white pepper, spices and slate. This is a very good wine with all the artisanal crafted structural elements to become an outstanding wine with further development. Drink or hold for as long as you can be patient.
